Case Study - The Stables at The Rookery

Owain & Jenny, the owners of The Rookery in Malmesbury Wilts, in the heart of The Cotswolds, gained planning permission to turn the stable block in the curtilage of their property into a 5 star holiday cottage.

The Rookery and The Stables being Grade II listed buildings, fell under the control of Wiltshire County Council Listed Building & Conservation Department and English Heritage, and working with both those bodies and the Architects, we were able to repair, restore, and remodel the building into what is now The Stables at The Rookery.
